This month, our theme is the Queen of Hearts! I’d originally intended for this to be a quirky take on Valentine’s Day - remember the bold, slightly mad Queen from Alice in Wonderland? She’s the villain of that folk tale but hey, she was a strong woman who knew her own mind and wouldn't accept anything less ;) Some of you may also have seen UK news that our beloved queen sadly passed away last year, a few of the colours in this box are intended as a small tribute to her as well. Black for mourning but also blue for royalty and celebration of a long and blessed life, as it was widely guessed to be her favorite colour (although she never publicly committed to it and kept us guessing!) Use the bold pairing of black and red to paint your Queen of Hearts and add some pops of colour (both metallic and matte) to spice up your queen :) I can't wait to get your boxes winging their way to you very soon - just a few left so grab yours now! |
